I will never NEVER go to this place ever again, showed up for my appointment and waiting and hour and half for no one to come into the shop, they couldn’t even call their customers to tell them what’s going on and on top of that, you call their number and it says their out of service. Thank you for wasting my time and a day off for an APPOINTMENT YOU COULDN’T EVEN CALL AND TELL CUSTOMERS WHAT WAS GOING ON. Do not go here unless you want to have your morning ruined and not even a call. Thank you so much

Always a good experience here. Have had several trailer and vehicle tires done over the years. Great prices and customer service! Recently had a set of new winters mounted on rims and installed in an hour. My other vehicle just got back from Costco and it took over 3 hours for the exact same procedure.

In today getting my tires done and I have to say 4 other guys called in sick but this team of two today are absolutely hustling hard to get the customer taken care of. There might be delays a great news tires are getting done and thank you for your help today.

Worst run business I have ever dealt with. Three appointments were made and then 1 cancelled at the last moment the next one they didn’t have my tires on site and the owner was gone away with the keys and couldn’t be reached. Last appointment they said they were open and their website said open but they were closed. They won’t answer the phone and you can’t leave voice mail. Spoke to the owner and he didn’t care , I told him I was going to leave a review and let everyone I know about my experience. He laughed and said he didn’t care he was busy enough. As three employees stood around with no customers or vehicles in the service bays. It’s 2023 this is the worst run company I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Keep up the great work Phil

Dropped off 2 tires on rims to be replaced with two used tires of same size. The guys were extremely busy doing winter change overs and short staffed so no promises of when ready for pickup. Checked in 4 times over 8 days, not done and told to come back next day. Came back on time and waited 1.25 hrs. Job complete. Took the wheels home and noticed wrong size tires installed. Went back and was told I must have told them wrong size despite them removing same size tires. Another 3 visits over 7 more days, an apology as they admitted their mistake and another 1.5 hrs of waiting on final day only to be told "we don't have that size tire". Full refund issued, tires demounted and I took my rims elsewhere. What a C.F.

This tire shop has been threw alot the past few weeks with 3 fires and staff shortage. The owner has done an amazing job with trying to keep the business running, Considering the phone lines were damaged for 2 weeks and now the place is completely shut down untill they gain hydro I feel this business deserves a pat on the back for doing what they can. Good job boys n girls of tire guys!! 👏

Hoping everything is OK with the staff and owners. I dropped my car off 2 weeks ago for a tire replacement and now I can’t get contact. Unfortunately my bmw and Audi key were on the same lanyard so I have no transportation now. I’ve had amazing service from you guys before so I don’t want to right a bad review I just want to get some contact or information on what’s going on… please leave me an update thanks. Josh

Awful! Booked online last year only to show up at the same time as three other people who all had appoints for the same time 1st thing in the morning. No staff there when I arrived. Finally someone showed up and had to empty 2 of the 3 bays in orderr to get a car in. The 3rd bay was hopelessly full of tires. I spent a total of 3hrs at the filthy rundown place to get my tires changed over. I won't ever go back. I'd pay double elsewhere.
